Perishable Nature of Products:
- Due to the perishable nature of our beef meat products, we are unable to accept returns. Therefore, all sales are final, and products are not eligible for return or exchange.
Quality Complaints:
- If you believe there is an issue with the quality of the product you received, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order. In order to process your complaint, we require you to provide us with clear pictures of the product, clearly demonstrating the quality issue.
How to Request a Refund:
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team within 24 hours of receiving your order, stating your complaint and attaching the relevant pictures.
- Our customer support team will review your request and pictures. If the complaint is deemed valid, we will initiate the refund process.
- The refund will be issued using the original payment method used during the purchase.

Refund Processing Time:
- Once your refund request has been approved, please allow us up to 3-4 days to process the refund. The exact time may vary depending on your financial institution or payment method.
Non-Refundable Situations:

Return & Refund Policy
If your order has already been fulfilled and you request a return, a 10% restocking fee will be applied to cover processing and handling costs. Please note that our Subscribe & Save program, which provides a 5% discount, is intended for ongoing subscriptions. Signing up to receive the discount and then immediately canceling your subscription to avoid commitment is not permitted and may result in the removal of future discount eligibility.
